The present TISSNET will not be conducted any more as per the notification released by Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) for admission 2024 onwards. TISS Admission 2024: No TISSNET
- TISSNET 2024 has been cancelled by Tata Institute of Social Sciences
- Now CAT 2023 is Mandatory Exam for M.A. (HRM & LR), M.A. (ODCL) Admission 2024
- CUET (PG) 2024 is the Mandatory Exam for Admission 2024 in other PG programs
- TISS Aspirants to appear in CAT 2023 or CUET PG and apply separately for TISS Admission

In its notification dated November 14, 2023, Tata Institute of Social Sciences has clarified, “The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), has decided that admission for the forthcoming Academic Session 2024-25 for all its Postgraduate Programmes will be based on the CUET (PG)-2024 scores, except for the following programmes, which will consider CAT scores.
- Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations
- Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership

TISSNET 2023 exam centres are 40 and the number may rise further. Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) will conduct TISSNET 2023 on February 25, 2023 from 2 PM to 3.40 PM across the country at several centres as a computer based test.

Facility to Change TISSNET Exam Centre
Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has advised the applicants to carefully go through the application form and choose their TISSNET exam centres before entering them in the TISSNET 2023 application form. However, TISS has offered the facility to change the preferred exam centre for TISSNET in deserving cases.
To submit the request for change of TISSNET exam centre, you should send e-mail to TISS, Mumbai. It is a three step process to submit the request for change of TISSNET test centre:
- Step 1: Send E-Mail to TISS at [email protected] with the reason why you wish to change the TISSNET exam centre
- Step 2: Send the request with your details, the new preferred TISSNET exam centre
- Step 3: It is upto TISS whether it considers your reason genuine and changes the TISSNET
